Wholesale Terms and Conditions

  • Dimensions are approximate and sizes or colors may vary slightly due to the characteristics of handmade products.
  • The most current price list supersedes any previous pricing or price lists.

  • Payment is required upon placement of your order.
  • The minimum amount for your first order is $2000.

  • Reorder minimum $1000.

  • 4-6 week lead time for standard orders and reorders.
  • Certain substitutions may be made or items may be back ordered and shipped upon availability.
  • Any items that appear on the invoice and are missing from a shipment must be reported at reception of  order  via email or phone at +1 646 4541539 or info@erminenewyork.com 
  • Any cancellations must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the order delivery date, and are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of total invoice.
  • We accept exchanges or credit stores only within 5 days after reception of the order.
  • No refund . For exchanges or credit store, please contact info@erminenewyork.com

  • Special orders and custom combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

  • Ermine New York accepts all major credit cards, or PayPal

  • UPS with tracking. Order balance is due upon invoice received. Credit cards, or PayPal transfers must be deposited and cleared prior to shipment.
  • Buyer is accountable for shipping  fees.
  • Shipping insurance must be requested to apply.

  • Proper care of Ermine New York Jewelry will greatly increase its lifespan and your customer’s satisfaction.
  • The very best way to keep costume jewelry beautiful is to prevent contact with water, lotions, perfumes, hair care products, etc. and to store it in zippered plastic bags.

  • All repairs are subjects to review .Please email info@erminenewyork.com
  • All repairs requests will be determined after review , an estimate of costs and delay will be then submitted.
  • Shipping back of the repairs are responsibility of the buyer.

  • Any items that are broken or defective as a result of a manufacturer defect must be reported  at reception  of order. Please email info@erminenewyork.com
