Ermine New York jewelry is made of 18K Matte Gold or Silver or Bronze ox Plated Brass .
Our jewelry may include also molded glass cabochons, semi-precious stones or Swarovski crystals. Our costume jewelry line is made of mixed metals and may contain Nickel.
Ermine Fine jewelry is made of Sterling Silver 925 , Bronze and Precious stones : Emeralds , Sapphires , Rubies and Antique Rose cut diamonds. Our Ermine Fine line is Nickel free.
It is not recommended to wear jewelry when you are sleeping, swimming, or participating in sporting activities. Also avoid contact with perfumes and make-up. The patina tends to disappear over time. The speed at which this disappears depends on the way in which the jewelry is cared for. Loss of patina is a normal phenomenon resulting from wear and tear.
Silver and Silver plated jewelry oxidizes naturally with air and humidity. Occasional cleaning with a special cloth will keep the silver shiny and remove the oxidation. In order to best avoid oxidation, keep your silver jewelry in a closed bag that is protected from the air. If your jewelry requires cleaning, use mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Never use jewelry cleaner on collection pieces.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase online , please e-mail us at info@local.erminenewyork.com within 7 days of receipt of your item to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization Number. Item must be returned in new and resalable condition
For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via USPS, UPS , FEDEX or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.

We offer a warranty of 6 months on all our jewelry pieces purchased through ErmineNewYork.com or in our Ermine New York flagship store.
Please email us at info@erminenewyork.com with a description of the repair requested , a picture of your item and a copy of your receipt.
We will come back to you with an estimate for cost and delay.
Average delay for repair is 4 to 6 weeks .
For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please package it securely in a hard box and mail it to us via Parcel Post UPS FEDEX or any other insured delivery service.
Please note that the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Erminenewyork .com offers free ground USPS shipping from $150 on all US orders.
For shipping to Canada , Alaska and Hawaii we ship via USPS and a flat rate of $30.00 will be applied for approximately 2 to 4 business days.
For shipping international we ship via USPS a flat rate of $40.00 will be applied for approximately 6 to 9 business days.
Please notice that Erminenewyork.com is not responsible for any foreign customs or duties that may be applied after shipment.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please e-mail us at info@erminenewyork.com immediately. We will issue you a return shipping label to have your item sent back to us, free of charge. Once we have received the original item, we will send you a replacement.
Erminenewyork on-line gift cards may be used on purchases made through Erminenewyork.com. or through our Flagship store in New York city.
Gift Cards are in US Dollars and do not expire. Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash. . If your order is less than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance will be credited to your Gift Card. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any items purchased with a Gift Card.
